7/31/19 - #GDP200 - Friend

Happy Hump Day and last day of July. Ah... my birthday month is going to be officially over and it's been a good month to me, I think. Today's card is using Global Design Project Challenge. (CASE the DT). I decided to use the 3 elements that I see to put that on my creation. It's really hard to see but I actually used a very simple and fun technique called Rock and Roll to edge up the flower petals. I stamped it in Gorgeous Grape and the rock the edges with Blackberry Bliss. This card is quite simple and hopefully I will be able to send it out soon.

7/30/19 - PP452 - Bird Ballard

Happy Tuesday! Today's card is using The Paper Player Sketch Challenge. I saw a DT card from Windy E and makes me want to use Bird Ballard stamp set as well. I've seen some really awesome coloring on this image, but I still have a lot to learn using the Stampin' Blends! I hope you like this card I am sharing today.

7/26/19 - TSOT #417 - Birthday Wishes

Friday - Today's card is using Try Stampin' On Tuesday! It's a fun sketch and I decided to use my left over daisy flower from the senior living center to create this really quick and easy card. Since the colors on the DSP are retired I picked the closest one we have currently, called Granny Apple Green and I think it matched pretty well. Have a great weekend.

7/25/19 - World's Greatest Husband

Happy Thursday! Today I am combining two challenges together - The Paper Player & Freshly Made Sketch. The theme is masculine card and combined with a pretty simple sketch I came up with a card for my husband today for our 4 year anniversary. I used one of my favorite retired stamp set and the current colors. I kept the card layout pretty simple and clean. The image is an anchor so the sentiment inside said - You're My Anchor, pretty fitting, right?! Hope you like this quick card I am sharing today!

7/23/19 - Birthday Wishes

Happy Tuesday - Today's card is using 2 challenges - Global Design Project (Theme) & Sketch Challenge. When I went to OnStage with Tobe, I borrowed one of her stamp set and stamped few images in Basic Black to use in the future and it was perfect for this card. I used the stitched rectangle framelits and use the markers to color in the pens. The colors I picked are from the Twinkle Twinkle Star DSP, except Night of Navy as I don't have the marker for it. I also used Timeless Texture to stamp the background for some interest. I hope you like the card I am sharing today.

7/22/19 - Fusion - Just A Little Note

Happy Monday and new week! Today's card is using Fusion Card Sketch. I decided to use my new stamp set - Check You Out to create this really fun card. I love the Owl and the stacks of books you can create, there is also a cute glass and hat that you can use on the owl (for graduation). But on this card, I just used it for cuteness. The color I used also matches the challenges they are referring here. I hope you like this fun card!

7/17/19 - CASE-ing Tuesday #208 - Happy Day

Today's card is with FB page - CASE-ing Tuesday #208. Page 123 on the current SU annual catalog. Instead of using the vellum for the layer, I used the retired Glassin Paper for it. I paired it up with Friend Like You, one of the new stamp set I picked as one of my freebie when I ordered. I think the Lovely Lip Stick might be a little too strong of the colors to use, since rest of the colors are pretty soft. Hope you enjoy the card anyway. Have a good Hump Day!
