1/31/2022 - The Paper Player Tic Tac Toe #576 - Rainbow

Happy Monday – made a quick card today before getting busy again later this week for payroll. I used The Paper Players, Tic Tac Toe Challenge for Rainbow/Sparkle/Die Cut. Instead of using the traditional white cloud, I used the Blue Glitter Paper for it and both the rainbow, and the layering Whisper White piece is die cut. Hope you enjoyed this quick card I am sharing today.

1/31/2022 - Make my Monday *Kissing* Technique #167 - Sharing Sunshine

Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Make My Monday and this week I am hosting a technique called *Kissing* - this is where you take a bold image stamp set and KISS it with a pattern stamp set to create a unique image. (if you click on the link, you will see a simple youtube video). This is such a fun technique to try since Valentine’s Day is coming, get it – KISSING? Haha. So where is it on my card?! It may be hard to see but the face of the sun is using the technique of a patter stamp set. The cloud is punch out with the brand-new punch by Stampin’ Up and I use the dauber to edge up the cloud to give it more definition. 1/27/2022 - Color Throwdown #677 & CAS Colours #454 - Wishing you the Sweetest Day

Today’s quick card is using 2 challenges – CAS Colours & Sketches and Color Throwdown. I pulled out this fun die cut from the current annual catalog and paired it with the challenge colors and I think it turned out pretty cute. The square dies cut is cut out in green and I used a separate dies for the flowers and just glue it on and then put on top of the white cardstock. 1/26/2022 - Make the Cards Challenge #47 Create a Valentine - I Chew You

Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Make the Cards Challenge and this week we are making Valentine’s card. To me, this day is to show your appreciation for all those around you that how much you love them, so this could be for your kids, your friends or your parents! The card I created today is a gumball machine card that is suitable for your lover since the sentiment is I Chew You! (or for your kiddo too). I stamped the small gumball image and colored it with Watercolor Pencils. I used all the bright colors I can think of. 1/25/2022 - Cardz 4 Guyz #288 Something with P - A Happy Birthday to You

Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Cardz 4 Guyz and this we are making cards with P – and as you can see, mine is PLAID! I love this bundle from the current Stampin’ Up catalog called Suite and Ties and it’s so perfect that you don’t even need the stamp set to create wonderful cards. For this, I just use the tie dies with some Designer Series Paper, then added a sentiment and voila, you have a card ready to go at your finger tip. Have some downtime and made another card today using Global Design Project Theme, TGIF Inspiration and Inspired Create Sketch challenges. The cute heart swirly dies is from last year’s mini catalog and I paired with some current items. The paper is punched out with heart punch pack and sentiment is from the same bundle from last year. I hope you enjoyed this quick card I am sharing today and remember that Valentine’s day is not just for your lover, it can be love for our friends and families!

1/24/2021 - Freshly Made Sketch #519 - You make me happy

I made a card over the weekend and finally have time to link it up at Freshly Made Challenge. Without Mama Wu’s help it’s been so hard to be able to relax and make a card. This rainbow card is using the new product from the 2022 Mini Catalog, finally have some time to play with it. I am so happy that SU came out with the rainbow dies. 1/20/2022 - Paper Craft Crew Challenges #456 - Flowering Rain Boots

Happy  Thursday! My first big order from the Stampin’ Up Mini catalog finally arrived and I am using them for my entry at Paper Craft Crew Challenge (sketch). I used the Flowering Rain Boots Bundle for this cute card. This is one of my favorites from the mini. I added a brown handle for the gardening fork and it’s also cute out by using a foil sheet. To finish I used the linen thread for a bow on the watering can. I hope you enjoyed this card I am sharing today!

1/17/2022 Make My Monday #166 Winter - Penguin Place

Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Make My Monday and this week we are making Winter Theme card. I am continuing to use my Penguin Punch for any winter card and this time I used the Coming Home dies for the hills/trees. It may be hard to see but the hat and scarves are fuzzy cut out and adhere onto the penguin. I really enjoyed this bundle and am glad that it’s being carry over to 2022 mini catalog. Happy Wednesday! On top of my Make The Card Challenge on Wed, I also created another card this morning using Global Design Project (colors) & Atlantic Heart Challenge (Sketch) to create another card. I am still waiting for orders to arrive, probably not until next week, so meantime, I used one of my favorite stamp set from last year – Snail Mail for this card. Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Cardz 4 Guyz and this week we are making Spots / Stripes card and this is my creation for it. I used the Suite & Tie Dies to create the tie and simply just adhere to a piece of stripes DSP and finished it with a sentiment from the coordinating stamp set. This card is definitely easy to re-create and I think we will be making this card at my monthly card class at the Senior Living Center. Happy Monday! Today’s card is using Sunday Stamps Challenge along with Paper Craft Crew Anything Goes. While I am still waiting for my new orders from the mini catalog to arrive, I used the stamp set I got from the Nov 2021 OnStage virtual event for this. It’s hard to tell from the picture but I did the Rock – n – Roll technique to ink up the edges with Mossy Meadow. I went with the Masculine theme card here so I added You’re The Best to make it a any occasion card! I hope you enjoyed the card I am sharing today.

1/7/2021 - CASE-ing Tuesday #337 - It's Your Day

Happy Friday! It’s been so busy since the beginning of the year due to payroll so I finally have some time to make a card again. Today’s card is using CASE-ing Tuesday on FB (page 13 from the Mini catty) and this is what I created using the inspiration. We received this stamp set as a gift for attending OnStage Virtual back in November 2021 and it’s time to ink it up to use. I actually sponged the edges with Evening Evergreen but not sure why it’s not showing up that much, but the image is with Soft Succulent. I also used the twine from the mini catalog from another suite. I hope you enjoyed this card I am sharing today!

1/3/2022 - Make My Monday #165 Snowflakes - To the Coolest Friend Ever

Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Make My Monday and this week we are making Snowflakes card. Snowflakes are not necessary for Holiday cards, as you can see here, the theme is for an awesome friend! The DSP is cut down to ¼” smaller than cardstock and underneath the Snowflakes, I sponged it with the same color of cardstock – Soft Sea Foam underneath the flakes to give it more depth.
