4/24/2024 - Christmas Craft Creation April 2024 - Non-Traditional Colors - Wild Wheat

Welcome back to CCC – Christmas Craft Creation and this month we are making non-traditional Christmas colors. The main colors that I want to point out on this card is the dark yellow/mustard colors that’s something we normally don’t see but when it paired it with the dark green/red it actually goes together! I also did a showcase on the DSP and this is such an easy layout to showcase your wonderful paper. Hope you can join us at the challenge.

3/27/2024 - Christmas Craft Creation March 2024 Designer Paper - Merry Christmas

Hello, today is the last Wednesday of the month so it’s another challenge here at Christmas Craft Creation and this month we are making cards with Designer / Pattern Paper. I pulled out my Garden Walk DSP that I purchased last year from the Mini Winter Catalog from Stampin’ Up and decide to use it. Although it doesn’t have pointsets on the DSP, it’s still okay, right?! I used the Many Wishes stamp set (again!) and stamped the sentiment with 2 different colors on the DSP. Hope you enjoyed this card and be sure to join us at the challenge.

2/28/2024 - Christmas Craft Creation February 2024 - Stencils or Embossing folders

Happy end of the month and thank you for stopping for Christmas Craft Creation and this month we are making Stencil/Embossing Folder card. I had an idea where I would used stencil as a background to create a simple monochromatic card and this is what I came up with. I used the stripes stencil for this and simply just stamped the big bold sentiment at the corner. Hope you enjoyed this card and be sure to join us at the challenge.

10/25/2023 - Christmas Craft Creation October 2023 - Monochromatic Merry Christmas

Welcome back to another monthly challenge here at Christmas Carft Creation and this month is Monochromatic Christmas. I decided to go with the different colors that we are used to for Christmas and went with Purple!! I found a retired DSP from Stampin’ Up few Christmas ago and used it as a cardbase  and simply just added the sentiment with the different shades of purple. If you want, I think any colors can be used for Holidays as long as the paper has some elements of Christmas (snowflakes, Christmas Trees…etc). I hope you like this quick and simple card I am sharing today and be sure to join us at the challenge.

6/28/2023 - Christmas Craft Creation June 2023 Heat Embossing - Happy Holidays

Welcome back to another monthly challenge here at Christmas Craft Creation – June 2023 and this month we are doing Heat Embossing technique! I remember this is one of the first technique that I learned as a stamper and it always wow me how the powder can just melt *into* it and create a bold image. I pulled out one of the OG stamp set I got from when I first started stamping – Lovely as a Tree for this technique and the black embossing powder really makes the image pop. I decided to sponge the background too which I probably should have left alone, oh well. I finished the card with a happy holiday sentiment. I hope you enjoyed the card I am sharing today and be sure to join us at the challenge.

5/24/2023 - Christmas Craft Creation May 2023 No Stamping - Peace, Love, Joy

Hi everyone – welcome back to another monthly challenge here at Christmas Craft Creation – May 2023 and this month we are doing No Stamping card! It’s easy and hard at the same time because usually on my card there is at least 1 stamping factor. But no worries here, I went into my stash of Coming Home DSP from few years ago and there are lots of houses images that coordinates with the die cut so I simply just cut out all the images and just adhere them onto the card, even the sentiment! This is a easy card to make if you cut out all the pieces and just adhere them one at a time! I hope you like this fun challenge and be sure to join is there!

To finish you just add a greeting and voila, a quick and easy card is finish! It may be hard to see but I also added some glitter on the tree with Versamark.
