10/7/2020 - Double D Challenge - Give Thanks

Happy Wednesday! Today’s card is using a new challenge site – Double D Challenge (Wreaths). I saw a similar sample of this wreath card and decided to kind of CASE it. The 2 wreaths are die cut out using 2 different greens and the sunflower ideas is where I saw the CASE. I stamped the crate in Crumb Cake and Give Thanks is with Soft Suede. I really enjoy creating this card and love how it turned out. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!

10/7/2020 - The Paper Funday Challenge - Hetty Clare: Anything Goes with Twist: Halloween

Welcome back to another month here at the Paper Funday Challenges! This month the twist theme is Halloween, of course, right, we are in October!! I created this fun card using Stampin’ Up Owl Punch. I saw a sample from Pinterest on how to create the Frankenstein and decided to CASE it. The word BOO is use the alphabet dies as well with the adhesive sheet! 10/6/2020 - Cardz 4 Guyz #255 CAS - You Do A Good Job

 Welcome back to another week here at Cardz 4 Guyz and this week we are making CAS - Clean & Simple card! To me, CAS card means have a big focal point and lots of space. I decided to go with the stamp set called A Few Good Men for this wonderful man’s card. The coloring is done with SU Marker and Stampin’ Blends added a stripe of coordinating designer series paper and a sentiment and voila, you have a card! 10/5/2020 - Fusion Old McDonald - I Got You a Cake

Happy Birthday to my little boy who turns 3 today! Today’s card is using Fusion Card Challenge and I played with both the sketch and the theme (farm animals). H is in love with Lamb so this card is dedicated to him. I colored the goat with Watercolor Pencils and Blender Pen, which is my favorite way to color with the pencils lately and I stamped some witty sentiment that came with the stamp set. Hope you enjoy this fun card today and Happy Monday as well.

10/3/2020 - CAS(E) this Sketch/CAS on Sunday/Just Add Ink - Thanks!

Happy Weekend! Today’s card is using THREE challenges – CAS(E) this Sketch, CAS on Friday (autumn) & Just Add Ink (thank you). I saw a similar card on Pinterest and decided to CASE it. I stamped the image from Gather Together in 3 difference colors and layer the Whisper White piece on top of Pumpkin Pie. Thanks was masked out the rest of the sentiment and ink it with black. I finished the card with some rhinestones. I really like how this fall theme/thank you card turned out and I hope you enjoy this quick and clean card too!

9/29/2020 - The Spot Challenge - Season of Thanks

Today’s card is using The Spot Challenge. I am on a roll at making Fall Theme cards so I will have bunch of them ready to go after Halloween. I knew I wanted to use one of my to go stamp set for this fall, Gather Together. I die cut out the leaves and sponge the edges as well as the inside with Crushed Curry. To make the layering more fun, I decided to make it into kind of like a tag with a ribbon. I really like how this card turned out. I hope you enjoy this card as much as I do!

9/28/2020 - Global Design Team - May This Season

September is just about to end and we will be officially into fall. Today’s card is using Global Design Team Project – CASE the Designer and this is what I came up with. The maple leave is stamped with Stazon Ink and then color in with SU Watercolor Pencils and smooth out the line with Blender Pens. I also used the new ribbon from the current Holiday Catalog.
