1/31/2021 - Just Add Ink #539 - You Melt My Heart

We got over 8+ inches of snow today!! The card is entered with Just Add Ink #539 Choose Two and I picked Border and Bow! I made a quick card using the Sweet Ice-Cream stamp set. I stamped the popsicle in Soft Seafoam and cut it out and with the sprinkles color of Rose Red. I made this card to send to a friend who’s been really awesome to me and she truly just melt my heart. 1/28/2021 - Thanks for all you do

I needed some quick and easy Thank You cards and I saw a video by Jessica Taylor for her fun fold Valentine’s card from last year and decided to use the same layout for it. But instead of making it into a *card*, I just use the Whisper White card base of 4.25 x 5.5 as a holder and will be writing a short message inside. This is such a great way to show off the beautiful DSP we have. I hope you enjoy it and give this card a try!

1/27/2021 - Inky Paws Challenge & The Spot - Snail Mail

Today’s card is using 2 different challenges – The Spot (Get Your Hearts On!) and Inky Paws Challenge (Color Challenge). I enjoyed all the DT’s card and glad I found a new challenge to join and inspire me to create. I saw a similar card on Pinterest showcasing the DSP so I decided to kind of CASE it. The DSP is cut to 1” x 4” and the cute flower is from the Many Hearts Dies. I also stamped the heart image in Daffodil Delight on the background. I really enjoyed making this card and look forward to use this stamp set more often and not just for Valentine’s. Thank you for dropping by.

1/26/2021 - Make The Cards Challenge - Happy Birthday

Today’s card is using a new challenge I found – Make the Cards Challenge #1. I used the sketch and make it into a horizontal card. All the die cut pieces are from the Many Heart Dies and for the smaller hearts I made it into a small flower and leaves. It’s time consuming because of all the pieces that you have to cut out  but once you have it ready, it’s easy to put together. I hope you enjoy this card today.

1/26/2021 - Cardz 4 Guyz #263 Sports - Happy Birthday

Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Cardz 4 Guyz an this week we are making cards related to Sports! I pulled out one of my favorite bundle from last year – Club House and the coordinating die cut and designer series paper to create this card. I showed case *sports* using the DSP as well as using the die cut to cut out a golf ball, a tee and grass to go with it. This awesome birthday card is perfect for a golfer or anyone who likes to watch golf as a sport. I hope you enjoy this card today and be sure to join us at the challenge!

1/25/2020 - Just A Little Note

I made a card over the weekend without using any challenges and just watching bunch of videos on this suite – Lots of Heart Bundle. Instead of using more of the Valentine’s DSP from the catalog, I pulled the Peony Garden DSP which I think it gives it more elegance and a different feel. This suite is great and not just for Valentine’s as I’ve been using it to make some much needed Thank You cards. Hope you enjoy the card I am sharing today.

1/22/2021 - CAS(E) this Sketch #405 - Just a Little Note

Today’s card is using CAS(E) this Sketch Retro #25. I used this sketch and made it into a cute just a note card. The colors I picked is from the Snail Mail DSP, although I didn’t used any of the piece from that. I did, however used the cute little envelope dies from the Snail Dies and they even have a little insert note I can cut out and I stamped you got mail on the note. I hope you enjoy this card today.
