8/3/26 - A Place to Start August 2026 (Anything Goes, Optional Twist No Rectangle) - Opened Easel Arch Card

Happy August and welcome back to A Place to Start - this month we are making ATG - No Rectangle card! I saw a really cool Arch Card Tutorial and decided to give it a try. I went with Friendly Foliage Bundle. This card does take a while to make - there are lots of die cutting of the Arch Dies and setting up the card. 7/6/26 - A Place to Start July 2026 (Anything Goes, Optional Twist Black/White) - Fern & Flora Bundle

Hope everyone had a great 4^th of July celebration, now back to the grind! Today at A Place to Start with Anything Goes - twist to have Black/White. I saw a similar card and decided to CAS (Copy and Share) with my twist. I paired it with the light pattern paper of Fern and Flora and use the die cut out of the fern as the main focal point. I used a smaller sentiment and added some sequins on the top. I hope this card will give you some inspiration to join us at the challenge,

6/1/26 - Moving Along With Times #190 Favorite / A Place To Start (ATG - No Card) - Treat Holders!

Happy Monday! I have a double challenge for this project I am sharing today. Moving Along with Time (Favorite) & A Place to Start (ATG - no cards). I am so happy that the Triple Banner Punch got carryover into the new catalog. I am a sucker for punches and currently I love this one because it's so easy to create sentiments for quick projects. I needed to create some quick Thank You gifts for teacher appreciation week at school, so I used this quick tutorial and paired it with the punch to create these fun pouches to hold treats. 5/4/26 - A Place to Start May 2026 (Anything Goes, Optional Twist Fun Fold) - Fern & Flora Bundle

Happy Monday and today at A Place to Start I have a fun fold called Faux Step Card that I found on Youtube with Cindy B. This is so much fun to create and you can showcase the beautiful pattern paper you have! This is a new bundle from the May - August Stampin' Up Catalog and You will see me create with this bundle even more in the future. 4/6/26 - A Place to Start April 2026 (Anything Goes, Optional Twist Ombre) - Boardwalk Fun

Hello April and welcome back to our monthly challenge at A Place to Start and this month we are doing Anything Goes with Ombre! I found a perfect DSP from Boardwalk Fun Bundle and just use it on my card! The background has an awesome ombre feels and all I did is stamped the rollercoaster in VersaMark to create a suble background. I added a fun sentiment with the dies. 3/2/26 - Atlantic Hearts #671 / A Place to Start March 2026 - Anything Goes/No Squre - Boardwalk Fun

Happy Tuesday & Happy March! Today's card is using Atlantic Hearts Sketch and A Place to Start (theme - no square) to create this card. I used the palm tree die cut from Boardwalk Fun and I used Cloud Cover to stamp the shadow, onto a piece of DSP. Both pieces of DSP is from the same suite. I hope you can join us at the challenge,

2/2/26 - Atlantic Hearts #667 / A Place to Start February 2026 - Anything Goes, Optional Small Critters - You are Loved

Another monthly challenge here at a Place to Start and this month we are making Anything Goes with optional Small Critters. I paired it up with a perfect sketch from Atlantic Hearts Sketch for this awesome combo creation! I decided to go with a Valentine's card with the theme. The cute mouse is colored with Stampin' Blends and creates a scene for it. The sentiment - You are Loved is perfect for anyone! 1/5/26 - A Place to Start January 2026 - Anything Goes, Optional twist Rainbows (lots of Colours)

Happy Monday! I am honored and so happy to be part of this new monthly challenge blog - A Place to Start design team member. For January, we are starting with Anything Goes with an optional twist of Rainbow (lots of colors). I decided to create a rainbow card but using the colors listed in the DSP instead of traditional rainbow colors. I used the Boho Vibes bundle for this and I like how it turns out.
