Hi crafters – Happy Tuesday! Today at Cardz 4 Guyz we are making card with Clothing as a theme! Suit and Tie is such a perfect bundle for this! I saw a youtube video to create this pull out suite card and decided to CASE it. 3/3/25 - Atlantic Hearts Sketch #619 - School Days Online Exculsive

It’s another sketch challenge at Atlantic Hearts and today I have a Thank You card for the teacher! Hunter adores his Chess Teacher and I wanted to give her a card along with a small gift card so this is what I came up with. Just very simple Thanks sentiment with an apple colored in with Stampin’ Markers. I also went with the Marbled Elegance DSP, although it was intended to be a Valentine's day paper but I think it’s perfect here! 3/2/25 - Dragonfly Challenge March 2025 Garden - Everyday Details

Hi everyone – today is the first challenge of March in my  blog world and it’s with Dragonfly, the theme is Garden. When I think of Garden, I think of beautiful flowers I can get and put in the vase on dining room table so I created a card with an image like that. The stamp image is from Everyday Details with the coordinating dies. I created a border first and then stamp the image on White for layering. The image is colored with Stampin’ Markers. 2/28/25 - Hearts Quest #71 Anything with Pink/Red Hearts - Pick a Season

Another monthly challenge here at Heart’s Quest Challenge and this month is Red/Pink hearts and this is what I came up with. I used Pick a Season from SAB for this card – I just love how you can filled in different things in the tree, in this case is Hearts. I kept the layout simple just with a strips of Designer Series Paper. I also did a fun *tapping* technique on the tree to give it 2 color tones. 2/27/2025 - Just Us Girls #764 Stencil - Linked Together Mask with Cheerful Daisy

Happy Thursday! Before things get crazy here later this morning, I decided to make a card using Just Us Girl – Stencil Challenges. I used the Linked Together Mask to create this background by using Basic Gray (#1) and Pebble Path (#3) for the background. I also tried to use up most of the soon to be retired 2023-2025 In-Colors. The Dies and sentiment is from Cheerful Daisy. Did you notice a new die – this is goig to be from the March Online Exculsive called Texture Note Dies – where you have multiple rectangle dies with awesome borders. 2/24/2025 - Make My Monday #246 Stitching - Pick a Season with Everyday Arches Dies

Happy Monday and today at Make My Monday we are making Faux/Real Stitching card! I recently bought the new Online Exclusive items – Arch Dies and is perfect for this challenge. I wanted to create a St. Patrick’s Day card with Pick a Season. I used the dies to create a border layering for the main, focal image and the tree is also using the dies, 2 times smaller. 2/21/24 - My Time To Craft #555 One - Two - Three Challenge - Year of Flowers

Happy Friday! Today I am the host at My Time To Craft and we are doing 3-2-1, which I have 3 flowers, 2 Pearls and 1 burlap ribbon for this challenge! I preordered this Online Exculsive bundle from March for this creation. I am in a Secret Sister group and her birthday is in March so I thought this would be a great card for her! The daffodil is color with Crushed Curry and Daffodils Delight Watercolor Pencis with Blender Pen. I went with a blue background and colors to make the images pop. 2/20/25 - Cardz 4 Galz #244 Embellishment - Cards for Sr. Living Center Class

Hi everyone – welcome back to Cardz 4 Galz and I am the hostess for this week’s challenges and we are making cards with lots of embellishment! I am in the process of getting back to teaching at senior living center and this is the card I came up with. I knew working with the residents cards need to be simple and easy to put together so I created this one just for them. I cut down the DSP to 3” x ¾” and they can position it anywhere they like and one of the blank spot will be a place for sentiment! Around that I added some pearls and hearts that cut out from glimmer paper. This is a great way to use up your scraps as well! Be sure to join us at the challenge.

2/18/25 - Cardz 4 Guyz #366 Sketch - Planet Paradise

This is probably the first time we hosted a sketch challenge here at Cardz 4 Guys! I used Planet Paradise stamp as my main focal point and most of the colors from 2023-2025 In-Colors. There is no die (shocking!) for this stamp so I have to free hand cut it. I will let you in on a secret, do you know what a ribbon was placed on the left side?! It is because I accidentlly tear a piece of DSP off and I didn’t want to remake the card so hence the twine ribbon! Just remember, we can hide a lot of stuff with emblishement! 2/17/25 - Atlantic Hearts Sketch #617 - Ocean Friends Bundle Thanks so Much

Today’s card is a design team creation at Atlantic Hearts Sketch #617. The original sketch is horizontal, I made an orientation change and made it into a vertical card. I used the coral die cut for the background and cut out with 2 different color cardstock. The lobster and crab are used with 2 different colors to create an outline with contrast. To finish the card, I added the bubbles, sponge a light pool party on the bubbles and then a sentiment. 2/15/2025 - Sparkles Challenge #185 Love Card - Happy Valentine's Day with Bee Mine

Hi crafters – welcome back to Sparkle Challenge and this month I am the hostess and we are making Love Card – it could be a love for your friend, your neighbor, just anyone around you. I decided to just go with Happy Valentine’s Day as a general sentiment as it could be for anyone! This is a simple layout that you can used over and over again. The piece of DSP could be any size as a strip and same goes with the middle panel. The bee is stamped and punch out, I give the wing a little bend so it looks more 3D. 2/13/25 - Latte Love Card with 3 Challenge

Happy Thursday! A Sunny day here around the Chicagoland area but it’s extremely cold with lots of snow from yesterday. Today’s Love You card will be my Valentine’s Day card to my husband since we both enjoyed a good cup of coffee! Although this bundle is on the retiring list but I think I will keep it for a little while. I also pulled out the coordinating DSP for the background and added some dots and a barlap ribbon. 2/10/2025 - Make My Monday #245 Love - Pick a Season with Marbled Elegance

Happy Monday and welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Make My Monday and we are making LOVE card as Valentine’s day is just around the corner! I used one of the SAB stamp set – Pick a Season for this love card. I also added a small twist of an easy fun fold by cutting down half of the top fold card at 2 ¾” and use that as a panel for my image. This is a great stamp set to get because you can fill in the empty spot with Eggs (Easter), Shamrock (St. Paddy’s Day), Heart (for Vday, of course) and just regular flowers for any spring card. 2/7/24 - My Time To Craft #553 Hearts - Just Because with Timeless Plaid & Heart Shaped

Happy Friday and welcome back to our first challenge in February and Hearts are the theme! I challenged myself to use this chance to make a suitable masculine love card. Each stripes of DSP is cut at 1” x 3 ½”, the layering white piece is 3 ¾” x 5 (from another creator) but I think 4 ½” makes more sense and better spacing between the cards. The heart shaped wreath is cut with Misty Moonlight and I added a strips of sentiment so the heart doesn’t get lost in the DSP. I added some sequins to finish the card. I am also submitting this card to Tic Tac Toe challenge #263 - using Heart, Designer Paper and Sentiment. Who says that heart shape anything need to be red, I think the wreath is also perfect with any colors that matches the cardstock and DSP!

2/6/25 - Cardz 4 Galz #243 Polka Dots - For the Books with 2024-2026 In-Colors

Welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Cardz 4 Galz and this week we are making Polka Dots card. I decided to use the 2024-2026 In-Colors DSP pattern for this. I saw a card on Pinterest and decided to CASE it. The DSP stripes are 1 x 1 ¾” and the layering white is 4” x 5 ¼” or 5 would works. Hi everyone – welcome back to another monthly challenge here at The Male Room and this month we are making Monochromatic card. I decided to use one of the new 2024-2026 in-color – Summer Splash for this card. As you can see I used 3 different pattern on this card and they all compliment each others. Hi everyone – today at Cardz 4 Guyz we are making CAS – Clean & Simple card and this is what I came up with! I used the new masks from the Mini Catalog for a subtle background at the corner and then put a stash of books image on top of it. 2/3/25 - Atlantic Hearts Sketch #615 - You're a Solid with For the Books Bundle

Hi crafters, welcome back to another sketch challenge at Atlantic Hearts and today I have a book care to share! I used this For the Book bundle for this creation – I first stamped the stack of books and colored them in different colors, and then stamped a sentiment on the the top right. I also added a cute tassel that I cut out with the coorindating dies. Not sure if you guys noticed that I switched the sketch to a horizontal orientation, different right?! 2/3/25 - A Cut Above Challenge Everything Goes with Dies - Sending Birthday Hugs with Hearts & Hugs

Hi everyone – I am so humbled and honored to be a guest designer at A Cut Above Challenge for February 2025 and the challenge is Everything Goes with Die Cut. I decided to use lots of Valentine related colors for this card. The background DSP is from Stampin’ Up online exculsive item and I used Hearts & Hugs bundle to die cut out lots of pieces – the array of hearts on top, the flowers, the stems and the banneras well. 2/2/25 - Dragonfly Challenge February 2025 - Heart Shaped Hello

Welcome back to Dragonfly challenge for February 2025 and this time we are making CAS – Clean & Simple card! This card is created with Heart Shaped Bundle from Stampin’ Up – it’s a bundle that you can get for free when you spend $120 prior to tax/shipping. I stamped the heart shape wreath first with green and then die cut the wreath with Old Olive. Then I die cut the flowers and decorated the wreath. 1/31/25 - Heart Shaped Bundle

Last card of the month is using 3 different popular online challenge sites and they all happen to be the ones I visited the most. I created a card using the current SAB bundle called Heart Shaped Bundle which you can get for every $120 spend. This one caught my eye right away when I was looking at the offerings. I cut out a gold piece of heart shape because there are some gold spots on the DSP. To make sure there are contrast, the flowers are die cut out from White since the background circle are Melon Mambo. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend!
