1/30/23 - Make My Monday #193 Love is in the Air - I love that we are friends

Welcome back to another bi-weekly here at Make My Monday and this week we are making Love card! This card is made using the new 2023 Stampin’ Up Mini Catalog goodies and this is also the swap card I made for the our Fun n’ Crafty Group! This is a dutch door card and I saw a video from Jessica Taylor and made it into a friendship love card. You basically cut a panel off from a horizonoal card and use that piece as a flap for the fold. I finished the card with a cute sentiment and added some gold sequins. 1/29/2023 - Just Add Ink #637 & TGIF #405 - Thanks

Happy Sunday! Today’s card is using 2 challenges – Just Add Ink for sketch & TGIF – No stamping and this is what I came up with. I used a piece of 4 x 5 ¼” DSP and cut it diagonally from both end and flip it over to create this beautiful background pattern (another great way to showcase your Designer Series Paper!) and then I added a die cut sentiment Thanks for the focal point in the middle. Welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge  here at Cardz 4 Galz and this week we are making Unique Shaped Card and this is what I came up with : It’s called Horizonal Center Step card. I saw a Youtube video from Julie Davison and wanted to give it a try! I love how it just used one card base to create so you are not wasting any cardstock. I used the new Stampin’ Up Country Bouquet bundle for this cute card. 1/25/2023 - Christmas Craft Creation January 2023 Snippets- Thinking of You

Hi everyone – welcome back to another monthly challenge here at Christmas Craft Creation – January 2023 reminder post and this month theme is Snippets (scraps, upcycle…etc). We all have lots of left over designer series paper scraps from when we are making cards so what I did is used the Postage Punch and punch out 4 design and adhere them onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock. Then I added a sentiment in the middle with some ribbon and voila – a quick and easy card is created with your scraps! 1/24/2023 - Cardz 4 Guyz #314 Pets - You're Growing Up

Hi crafters – welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Cardz 4 Guyz and the challenge for this time is Pets and this is what I came up with. I do have lots of animals stamp set but sadly none of them are considered *Pets* so I have to be creative and use my Fox Builder punch to create a mouse! (although my son said he looks like a cat, haha) I made it into a cute kid’s card and added a fun sentiment of You’re Growing Up for birthday! 1/23/2023 - Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #509 - Hello

Welcome back to another weekly chanllenge here at Atlantic Hearts Sketch and this is what I came up with. As you can see, I switched a sketch a little, ended up having the leafs on the left instead of right, kind of different eh?! This is what’s awesome of the sketch challenge, it’s a starting point for your creation and see where you end up with! I used Forever Fern with different coordinating colors and cut it out with the dies. The wreath in the middle is using 2 different sizes of the circle dies to create the border. Happy Friday! Today I am sharing a quick card that I used Paper Craft Crew Challenge! I always love a good sketch where I can showoff my Designer Series Paper. This paper that I used is a Hostess paper from the current 2023 Mini Catalog and I paired it with Sending Smiles Bundle. I also used a die cuts for the sentiment. 1/18/2023 - Sunday Stamps #300 - Thank You

Happy Hump Day! I can’t stop playing with the new goodies I got and today’s card is using Sunday Stamp sketch! This is a great sketch to show off both side of the DSP and that’s exactly what I did on this card. I wanted to do something a bit different so I stamped the heart in Mint Macaroon and the leaves in Petal Ink to give it a unique look but the color still coordates with each other. I finished the card with a sentiment and some rhistone. This will be a great card for my customer who recently placed an order with me!

1/17/2023 - CASE-ing Tuesday #391 - You've Got The Biggest Heart

Happy Tuesday! I just got my new orders from the Stampin’ Up Mini Catalog and been in the creating mood. Today’s card is using CASE-ing Tuesday on FB – page 10 of the catalog. I usually tried to change it up a little or use a different stamp set but for this, I truly CASE most of it – since I just love and want to use this bundle. I didn’t get the ribbon package so no ribbon for me and I switched up the DSP for a little bit. I hope you enjoyed this card I am sharing today. 1/16/23 - Make My Monday #192 Favorite from 2022 (3/28/22 Stencil) - Happy Birthday

Welcome back to another week of challenge here at MMM and this week we are looking back at our 2022 challenges and pick our favorite. The one I picked is from 3/28/22 – Use a Stencil. I happened to order a new fun stencil from Stampin’ Up current Mini Catalog and wanted to give it a try! It has 4 pieces to build up a big floral image with leaves. I used the lighter colors with sponge for the big pattern and the darker shades for the details. All I did after that is added a sentiment and voila, my card is done! Not sure if you noticed but I actually used the backside of the stencil so the floral image is actually reversed. Oh wel, nobody noticed, right?! Happy Friday! Today’s card is using Paper Craft Crew Challenge! I love this sketch because it’s such a great way to show case your Designer Series Paper. For the sentiment layering piece, I actually punch out the cardstock from the DSP layering piece. You can’t even see that because I layer the DSP on top of it. 1/12/2023 - Cardz 4 Galz #190 CAS - Beautifully Happy,

Welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Cardz 4 Galz and this week we are making CAS – Clean & Simple card! I created a similar card when I was still in California and wanted to re-create anther one using the current Stampin’ Up products. I adhered a strip of DSP and then used Circle Dies to cut out an opening and then inside the Whiswper White card I stamped a floral image – for an peekaboo affect. The colors are Stampin’ Markers and the colors are all coordinated with the DSP. Happy Hump Day! Today I am sharing a card that’s NOT my DT submission. This one is using Try Stampin’ Tuesday sketch and this is what I came up with. I am still waiting for my Stampin’ Up mini catalog items to arrive so I continue to use what I already have. I picked the DSP first and then used the color in it to decide what I want to stamp my bonsi tree. The color is not traditional but it still looks really awesome. Welcome back to our first challenge of the year at Cardz 4 Guyz and this week we are making Kid’s Birthday card! Animals are always what pop into my mind when making a kid’s card so this is what I came up with, a cute Farm animal on top of the greeting! The house is colored in with Stampin’ Blends and this set of sentiment is awesome. It’s interchangeable and the fonts are different and you can layer some on top of the bold greeting. Hi everyone – I am honored to be a new Design Team Member at Atlantic Hearts Sketches. This is a great challenge site if you need some inspiration to create your card, I hope you will like all the cards I am sharing and join us at the challenge weekly. Today’s card is using some retired products while I wait for my 2023 Stampin’ Up Mini Catalog orders to come in. I used the DSP and stamp set from last few Mini catty and created this fun Valentine/Hello card. The snail is colored in with Watercolor Pencils and smooth out the lines with Aqua Painter. 1/5/2023 - Freshly Made Sketch #567 - Hello There with Farm Animals

Hi everyone ! Today’s card is using Freshly Made Sketch and this is what I came up with. I used the Farm Animals stamp set and stamped the really cute Lamb image and color it in with Stampin' Markers. I also punch out 2 other circles and stamp a sentiment and one with cute bird image. This card was easy to put together but picking the right color of circles for me is a bit hard as this year I am trying to make sure everything is cohesive. Hi everyone – welcome back to another monthly challenge here at The Male Room and this month we are making Galaxy/Stars card and this is what I came up with. I don’t have any current/recent Star stamp set but I found a die cut from a retired die set and also the template for piercing and I used it both on this card. First I used the template and did piercing a star shape on Whisper White and adhere the stars as well. Then I just finished the card with a birthday sentiment. 1/1/2023 - Birthstone Challenge Jan/Feb 2023 #1 - Miss You

Hi everyone – starting 2023, I’ve joined 2 other new challenge blog sites to share my creation and Birthstone Challenge is one of them. This is a 6 weeks challenge using birthstone colors to create a card or project and for Jan/Feb 2023 the colors are Garnet (red) & Amethyst (purple) and this is what I came up with – Valentine’s Day card, for a friend! This special day is not just for husband/wife, there are many kinds of love and friendships are as important as my relationship with my husband. I used the 2 colors cardstock to create tags for my card and added the heart in the middle as my focal point. The sentiment I used is Miss You and added a Glimmer Ribbon for some interests.
