 Welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at My Time to Craft and this week the theme is camping and I have the perfect die for this! During one of the Stampin’ Up SAB period, there is a die set that has a camper image and you can build a scene or accessories around it and that’s exactly what I did. 6/29/2023 - Cardz 4 Galz #202 More Folds - Sending Smiles You've got the biggest heart

Welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Cardz 4 Galz and this week we are making More than One Fold card! I always love a unique fold type of cards but it can’t be too complicated since I am just not good at it. I found this fold on YouTube called Spanner Panel Card and wanted to give it a try! It’s a really fun way to showcase the designer series paper as there are may places you can put them in. I stamped the sentiment on the bridge cardstock that I adhered to both side of the panel and the main image is die cut out with Parakeet Party and stamped with Blackberry Bliss and Fresh Freesia. 6/28/2023 - Christmas Craft Creation June 2023 Heat Embossing - Happy Holidays

Welcome back to another monthly challenge here at Christmas Craft Creation – June 2023 and this month we are doing Heat Embossing technique! I remember this is one of the first technique that I learned as a stamper and it always wow me how the powder can just melt *into* it and create a bold image. I pulled out one of the OG stamp set I got from when I first started stamping – Lovely as a Tree for this technique and the black embossing powder really makes the image pop. I decided to sponge the background too which I probably should have left alone, oh well. I finished the card with a happy holiday sentiment. 6/27/23 - Cardz 4 Guyz #325 Clean & Simple - Rugged Icon

Welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Cardz 4 Guyz and this week we are making clean and simple card! I think the Rugged Icon is perfect for this because it’s my main focal point and I can just add a sentiment to it. I used Basic Black to die cut the image and adhered a Pacific Point cardstock underneath. I also added Daffodil Delight for the moon/sun and Soft Succulent for the path into the mountains. 6/26/2023 - Atlantic Hearts Sketch #531 - Sweet Songbird A little Bird Told Me...

Hey Crafters, welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Atlantic Hearts Sketch and this week I have a Sweet Songbird card for you. This stamp set is a semi-new addition to my stash and been wanting to use it more and here is a perfect sketch for it. I fuzzy cut the bird as well as the nest and those were on dimension and I found a retired DSP that’s perfect for it. I finished the card with a little sentiment tugged underneath the ribbon and finished with some pearls. I hope you like my creation and remember to join us at the challenge.

6/24/2023 - Less is More #486 CAS - Hello with Forever Fern

Welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Less is More and this week we are making CAS – Clean and Simple card! CAS usually means lots of white space and a big image but in my case, it means simple stamping and not too many *fancy* things! I stamped the image and then used Stampn’ Markers to *thump* the other colors onto it. Then I just complete the card with a twine and a sentiment. The layering piece also has some sponging around it. Happy Thursday! Today’s card is using Freshly Made Sketch and I created a card using Cheerful Daisies bundle for this. Because of the orientation of the DSP, I decided to cut 2 different pieces of DSP so I can swap them out and create 2 different card using the different pattern. I then cut out the big piece of daisy and layer it on top of the vellum and finish the card with a sentiment. Hope you enjoyed the card I am sharing today.

6/21/2023 - Tuesday Morning #712 / SU Only Challenge #329 - Circle Saying with Cheerful Daisy

Another card for this sunny Wednesday here in Chicagoland. This card used Tuesday Morning Sketch and SU Only Challenge (Ribbon). I don’t have much designer series paper to use so I pulled the Cheerful Daisy DSP and paired it with Circle Saying stamp set for this creation. I stamped the cupcake image, colored it with Markers and fuzzy cut it out and put on dimension. Hope you like my 2^nd creation today!

Happy Hump Day! Today I am sharing a swap card that I did with my Fun n’ Crafty group for the new 2023-2024 Stampin’ Up annual catalog. I used the Many Thanks stamp set and purchased it because I just love that pencil image and can be perfect for Hunter’s teacher. For this card, I stamped the stethoscope image and stamped around and then color it in with Stampin’ Markers. I also used the band aid image as well and added the sentiment underneath with sequins. 6/19/2023 - Make My Monday #203 On the Water - Bottle of Happiness Sending a little message

Welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Make My Monday and this week we are making water theme card and this is what I came up with. I have to get creative since I no longer have any water theme stamp set so I used re-inker with aqua painter to create water and sand along with the bottle punch. I saw a similar card on Pinterest where the bottle is punched out AFTER the stamping, so you can piece back the image you punch out with a window sheet on the back. 6/17/2023 - Hand Stamped Sentiments / As You See It - Circle Saying Happy Birthday

Happy Saturday! Today’s card is using Hand Stamped Sentiments (Sketch) along with As You See It (Theme – Seashells). I’ve been trying to use new items that I purchased from the current 2023-2024 Stampin’ Up annual catalog and thee is an image from Circle Saying that’s perfect for the challenge. I colored in the image with Watercolor Pencil and Blender Pen to ease out the harsh lines. I finished the card by tying a twine around one of the panel. This card is also submitted at The Daring Cardmakers for the masculine challenge. I will be sending this card off to my cousin in Taiwan! Have a great weekend and thank you for stopping by.

Today’s challenge is using Freshly Made Sketch and I really like how it turned out. I ended up picking all the 2023-2025 in-colors as the starting point for my card. I added Mossy Meadow because I need a color for the stem and I also used vellum as a layering piece for the petal. 6/13/23 - TGIF / Inspired.Create - Crafting with You Happy Birthday

Today’s card is using TGIF Sketch Challenge and Inspired.Create Color Challenge (Parakeet Party, Crumb Cake and Sweet Sorbet). I usually don’t see these colors together but I think they paired up very nicely. I used Crafting with Me Bundle to create this fun birthday card for my friend who is into needlepoint! I love the details of all the dies in this set, spool of thread, the stitched circle. This bundle is great for lots of hobbies and I can’t wait to create more card with it!

Hi everyone – welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Cardz 4 Guyz and this week we are making Father’s Day card! I know some people might not be able to celebrate Father’s Day anymore but I hope you are still able to be inspired and make a masculine card for anyone. This card is dedicated to my Father-In-Law who is a Navy veteran so I found a stamp image with all the sea creatures and color them in with Watercolor Pencils with Blender Pens. I cut out a rectangle from a cardstock to use as a template so I can sponge it with light purple to create a background. Then I stamped the stem in black and the floral image in light purple again. Happy Friday! Today’s challenge is using CASE-ing Tuesday on FB and I feel like when I do a CASE of the catalog, it’s usually one of my best work, is that bad?! My DSP orientation is different, I added the ruler and scissor on the left side instead of the Big Shot and the paper cutter piece. Hi fellow crafters – welcome back to another monthly challenge here at The Male Room and for June, we are making Shaker Card. I don’t have a lot of shaker supplies but I just enough to make this gumball machine card for anyone who has a sweet tooth! It does take a long time to cut out all the components to create this gumball but I think the result is just stunning! Those colorful beads look just like a gumball that you want to chew! 6/6/2023 - Celebrate using Share a Milkshake

Happy Tuesday! Summer is here in the Chicago area so I am making an ice-cream card using Sunday Stamps (sketch) & Retro Rubber (color). The paper is supposed to be for Valentine’s day but I think it’s also perfect for this card to use as a background. I sponged the cone with Crumb cake and added 2 flavors of ice cream scopes with cherry and a spoon. To finish the card I add some resin hearts for decoration and a sentiment. Happy Monday! Welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Make My Monday and this week the theme is Summer! Although you can have ice-cream all year round, but we always associate summer with this wonderful sweet treat! I made an ice-cream cup using Share a Milkshake bundle. There are so many fun elements you can add and here I die cut out a spoon and some chocolate drizzle. I also used one of the die cut to sponge a subtle crisscross on the cup. Yeah it’s Friday! Today’s card is using Tuesday Morning Sketch and Inspiration Challenge from The Paper Craft Crew Challenge. I am a sucker for a sketch where you can use up lots of DSP and this is a perfect one. To fit the White layering piece (5 x 3 ¾”) each strip of DSP is cut down at 4 ¾” and just depend on what wide you want the strip to be. I used the Everyday Thanks image for this card, not for Fire Fighter per say but anyone that help us *turn* the light on in life or our mind.
