Last day of the month at My Time To Craft we are making camping related card! I decided to go with the masculine route and make a card without using any stamps or die cuts! I used 3 different DSP strips and layering them together. Welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Cardz 4 Galz and this is our last challenge for May and the theme is heels/handbags! I used all the new 2024-2026 In-Colors on this card, whether it’s coloring, paper or layering. I also did a really quick paper piercing technique, where I stamped the bags on DSP and then layer on the other pieces I stamped and colored. 5/29/24 - Tuesday Morning Sketches #758 - Tune In (You're Classic)

Happy Hump Day! My folks left this morning to go back to California, hope they will  come back to visit soon. Today’s card is using Tuesday Morning Sketch for this fun retro TV card. I love the color combination I used on it (and mostly using the colors listed on DSP). Instead of symmetric of the DSP, I put both DSP at an angle, as well as the TV and the greeting. I also used mostly just the dies, except for the greeting! I will be making more cards using this bundle for sure!

5/28/2024 - Cardz 4 Guyz #348 Beverages - Latte Love Thanks so much

Hi crafters, thank you for stopping by to check out my creation for Cardz 4 Guyz challenge and this week we are making beverages card. I decided to use the Latte Love bundle for this – so for any coffee lover out there, this is for you! I used the Perennial Postage Dies to cut out for coordinating DSP that I think fits with each others and layered it onto a Lemon Lolly cardstock. All the coffee cups here are from the DSP so no stamping necessary. I finished the cards with some dots and a sentiment! 5/27/2024 - Heart's Quest #55 - Camper Card

Another bi-weekly challenge here at Heart’s Quest and this week I picked Wheels (camper) & Metallic Heart Shape for my creation! It’s always a bit harder to create a masculine heart card so I am hoping to give you some inspration. The camper image is from a DSP die cut and I just added some elements for textures. To finish the card I used my heart punch with Metalicc Shimmer Paper and a simple love you sentiment. Hope you enjoyed this card I am sharing today and be sure to join us at the challenge!

5/27/24 - Atlantic Hearts Sketch #579 - You're Flippin' Awesome

Welcome back to another challenge at Atlantic Hearts Sketch and this week’s sketch is like a Faux Quit card technique where it’s a great way to use up some of your DSP scraps! I cut them down to ¾” wide and went to town with one of the retired masculine DSP. I also used the He’s the Men dies for accents and the greeting piece is a tear piece from DSP as well. 5/26/24 - 2024-2026 In-Colors with Perennial Postage Dies

Happy Sunday! Over  the weekend I decided to make some 2024-2025 In-Colors card using the pattern paper to showcase the design and this is what I came up with. Each stripes of DSP is 1” x 4 ½” and the white layering piece is 3 3/8” x 4 ¾”. I also cut out the butterfly and pop it on dimension. 5/23/24 - CAS Colours & Sketches #537 - Pets & More It's Your Birthday

Another gorgeous Thursday here at Chicago area and today’s card is using CAS Colours & Sketches. I needed a kid’s birthday card this weekend for Hunter’s friend birthday so challenge is perfect for this. I used the backside of a flower pattern paper for the strips and the kitty is from Pets & More, an online exclusive stamp set! I cut out a fish and a tennis ball to add as an accent. I hope the birthday boy will enjoy this card!

5/22/24 - Wildly Flowering with Everyday Details

Happy Hump Day! Finally sharing a card that’s not designed for a DT blog. I used the colors inspired from Hand Stamped Sentiments with Try a Sketch on Tuesday and theme challenge from Stampin’ Up Only Challenge. The pattern paper is new from the current 2024-2025 annual catalog. I didn’t have the Stampin’ Blends to color in the images so I used Stampin’ markers for some part of it, otherwise, it would be too dark. The strips of DSP is 1” x 3 ½” and the Early Espresso so is ¾” and fit across the card. Hope you enjoyed this card and thanks for stopping by.

5/20/2024 - Make My Monday#226 Dog/Puppy - Woof with Pet & More

It’s Monday and another bi-weekly challenge here at Make My Monday – this week we are making dog/puppy card! I got my new stamp set – Pets & More just in time for this challenge. This is a stamp set that’s for online exclusive and I’ve been eyeing it for awhile and purchased it. I stamped the solid image with lighter brown and the outline of the doggie is Early Espresso. There is no die for this set but all the images are big enough for me to cut it out. I added some paw prints around the sentiment. This stamp set will be a big hit for any animal lovers! Happy Friday and welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at My Time To Craft and this week we are making Super Cute cards! I just adorable animals so I made a card with lots of cute animals from Pets & More stamp set along with some of the new 2024-2026 In-Colors. I picked the most matching colors for the animal – Fox (Peach Pie), Parrot (Summer Splash) and Bunny (Pretty in Pink) and added Hello on each of the animals since the stamp set doesn’t come with sentiments to match. It’s Thursday and we are back with another bi-weekly challenge here with Cardz 4 Galz and this week we are celebrating World Bee Day! It’s a given that I have to use the Bee Mine bundle for this challenge. The stamp set is carry over from the past Mini Catalog and I am so glad it did, the paper and the bundle just goes so well together! It’s our monthly challenge here at Sparkles and this month we are making CAS – Clean & Simple card! I ended up doing a monochromtic card using the retired Starry Sky colors and paper. I wanted to create a masculine friendly sympathy card as those are always hard to make. I used the leafs image and with the new die and finished the card with a simple sentiment. 5/14/2024 - Heart's Quest #54 - Sweet Love with Everyday Details

Hi hi crafters! This is my first challenge with Heart’s Quest Challenge and I am excited to be on the design team! The challenge is different than most of the other ones, you need to pick at least ONE from Part A and from Part B to put on your creation. I think part B is usually the hard one for me but I am going to try my best. Today’s card is Eggs with expression of Sweet Love! I die cut out the alphabets to create the wording and the image is from Everyday Details! I found some old twine to put on the card. Hi everyone – welcome back to another bi-weekly challenge here at Cardz 4 Guyz and this week’s theme is Stripes/Stars! I pulled out this really fun DSP and bundle from few years ago called Suite & Ties for this challenge. I used the DSP that has stripes on it and use the dies to cut out the tie shape and adhered onto a coordinating DSP. To finish the card I added a sentiment and black twine! 5/13/24 - Atlantic Hearts Sketch #577 - Latte Love Bundle

Hi crafters, today’s card is with Atlantic Heart Sketch. I missed my last challenge so I was happy to create again with them. I used the sketch and paired it with Latt3 Love Bundle (w/out the dies, it’s on the way to me) for this fun sketch. As you can see, you don’t need the die to create a coffee mug card, There is a side of DSP with all the mugs and I just cut them out with my scissor. Happy Hump Day! This week is off week with DT posting so I can join some fun challenges to create for my own pleasure. Today’s card is using Freshly Made Sketch with Double D (floral for mom). Jennifer Timko is one of my favorite crafter from when she was still using SU products so I always love her videos and style so my card is kind of CASEing her card for inspiration. Happy Tuesday, before work get crazy and I squeezed a little to make a card using a sketch from Sunday Stamps and Daring Cardmakers May Elemental Challenge and of course didn’t posted it until end of the night. I stamped the image and cut out it out with the dies, since the floral image is cut out, I stamped extra images, colored them in with Stampin’ Blends and adhered it on top of the one I stamped with Whisper White. 5/3/24 - My Time To Craft #533 Mother's Day/Friendship - Latte Love - Let's Catch up.

Happy Friday! I am the hostess today at My Time To Craft and this week we are making Mother’s Day / Friendship card! I have a friend who I haven’t seen for a long time from California so I though I should send her a card just to let her know I am thinking about her and that we should chat on the phone! I used the Latte Love stamp set for the sentiment while I am waiting for my coordinating dies to arrive. I cut out a coffee mug by scissor and adhered it onto a cardstock with ribbon underneath. 5/1/2024 - The Male Room #186 Auto/Plane/Train - Submarine Life for Happy Birthday

Happy first day of May and it’s time for another monthly challenge here at The Male Room and this time we are making Airplane/Auto/Train card and this is what I come up with. Wait, Blimp is a type of plane, right?! I used the Submarine Life bundle for this and it works for both submarine and blimp, how cool is that! Just make sure that the propeller is added on in the front and not the backend and the flag is needed for it.
