8/17/26 - Atlantic Hearts #695 - Boardwalk Fun Celebrate

Today at Atlantic Hearts Challenge, I turned the sketch into an easy fun fold card! Did you also see that I made it into a horizontal card?! The card base is just a quarter of a card stock (4 1/4" x 5 1/2") with a DSP, the flap is 3 1/2" Wide by 4 3/4: and score at 1/4" so it adhered on the back of the card base. From there, you just simply decorate it as you wish. As you can see, the flap and the below DSP are 2 different designs. Since it's still kind of summertime - I used the Ferris Wheel to remind me how fun it was to ride on it. I used 3 different colors for the carts! 8/15/26 - Sparkle Challenge #203 (Animals) / The Creative Crafter #103 (ATG) - Woodland Animals

Today's card is shared at both Sparkle Challenge (Animals) and The Creative Crafter (ATG), and both are posting on this wonderful Saturday near the Chicagoland area. I created a cute and simple Christmas animal card that we will be making in my card class near the future. The images are colored in with Stampin' Blends and I used the markers so the bear bear has something to stand on (water or snow?!). 8/10/26 - Make My Monday #284 Boardwalk / Girlz Rebel #55 ATG Washi - Ferris Wheel card with Wobbler

Happy Monday and today I am the host at Make My Monday and we are making Boardwalk theme card. This card is also a DT card shared at Girlz Rebels for Anything Goes. I created a fun Ferris Wheel with a wobble card. I wanted to do a spinner card but only have those wobbles on hand so wanted to see if that works too, and it does! I cut out the Ferris Wheel in White and Black, in between put a wobble. The palm trees are color with Stampin' Blends, and I used 3 different color of cardstocks for the carts. I love how this card turned out and can't wait to see your creation!

8/7/2026 - Alphabet Challenge (H for Horticulture) - Simply Leaves with 2026-2028 In-Colors

 Happy Friday - how is it possible that we are in August already! Today at Alphabet Challenge, we are doing H for Horticulture, and I decided to make some leaf card. I used the new and current 2026-2028 In-Colors and stamp the different pattern of leaves and layer them on top of each others. This bundle is really awesome since you can punch out the leaves, and I really enjoyed the fonts of the sentiment as well. 8/6/26- Cardz 4 Galz #282 Blue Sky - Stampin' Blends with Fern & Floral

 Welcome back to our bi-weekly challenge at Cardz 4 Galz and this week's theme is Blue Sky. I used 2 pieces of scratch paper to cover the White piece and sponge the between with Crumb Cake (represent sand/floor) and Balmy Blue (represent sky). Then I die cut out the stem and flower pieces for a simple focal image and added a sentiment. I have a perfect person who will receive this card! I hope you enjoyed this creative way I shared using ink pads and blending brushes to create a sky and join us at the challenge.

8/5/26 - The Male Room #213 Jobs/Professions - Thank You card for teacher!

Happy August! Today at The Male Room we are making Jobs/Professional theme card and I am sharing a card I made for my son's 2^nd grade teacher (Mr. G) he is such a wonderful teacher and had a great influence on H. I saw and made a similar layout for this - this is a perfect card to use up your straps of DSP. I used a stack of books and of course an apple and a sentiment that we truly felt he deserved. 8/3/26 - Atlantic Hearts #693 - Just a Note

Happy Monday and we have a double header for today! One of them is Atlantic Hearts Sketch and I created a just a note card. I cut down a piece of DSP (5 x 3 3/4") diagonally and them flip over the side that I want to show, but since it is double-sided DSP, you can now see both sides! I added a ribbon and punch out the sentiment. I hope you enjoyed this creation and please join us at the challenge.

8/3/26 - A Place to Start August 2026 (Anything Goes, Optional Twist No Rectangle) - Opened Easel Arch Card

Happy August and welcome back to A Place to Start - this month we are making ATG - No Rectangle card! I saw a really cool Arch Card Tutorial and decided to give it a try. I went with Friendly Foliage Bundle. This card does take a while to make - there are lots of die cutting of the Arch Dies and setting up the card. 8/2/26 - Dragonfly Challenge August 2026 (Seaside/Beach) - Summer Splash Notes & Tote Beach Bag card

Happy Sunday and Happy August! Today at Dragonfly we are making Beach/Seaside card and I created a beach theme card - using Notes & Totes Dies! I created a beach bag, with die cut water bottle, sunblock, sunglasses and bottle of lotion. I made it into a monotone with Summer Splash color (2024-2026 retired in-colors). 8/1/26 - Moving Along With Times #192 (Female)- Fern & Floral

Welcome August! We started off the month at Moving Along with Time with a female theme card. I saw a really cute layout at Pinterest and decided to CASE it. This will probably be the card we are going to make at my monthly class. I used the colors I normally wouldn't use for the ferns and the white piece is embossed. 7/27/26 - Make My Monday #283 (Love) / Hearts Quest # 87 (ATG Hearts) - Share a Milkshare Love card

Happy Monday - Today I am sharing a love card I made for my anniversary, to give to my husband! He is travelling this week to a business conference, so I secretly put it in his luggage! I pulled out my Share a Milkshake bundle and used the sentiment - Life is Sweeter with You (never inked!) and paired it with a Swirled Marble DSP. Happy Friday! Today I am the hostess at Alphabet Challenge and today we are making G for Game theme card. I created a summer beach volleyball card for the challenge. I stamped 3 beach volleyball and a bottle of sunblocks bottle, and then a sentiment- Fun in the Sun! I paired the creation with a layer of Boardwalk DSP. 7/23/26- Cardz 4 Galz #281 Word Inspiration - RAINBOW - Boho Vibes,

Ah... I just love summer and today at Cardz 4 Galz, I am doing Word Inspiration - Rainbow! It could be a rainbow card, or pick a color as your inspiration. I used Boho Vibe Bundle (from Jan - April catty) to create this fun fold card. I saw a video from Jackie Bolhuis and I decided to a belly band around it to hold the card. 7/20/26 - Atlantic Hearts #691 / Pick 3 Challenge #7 - Splash & Relax Tropical Card

Double Monday! Today's card is shared at both Atlantic Hearts (sketch) along with Pick 3 (Sequins/Purple/Tropical). I used the Splash & Relax bundle for this fun summer theme card. The sunblock/sunglasses are made with light purple cardstock, and the hat/sandals reminded me of being at Hawaii (Tropical island). 7/17/2026 - Color Dare Challenge #713 - Ocean Friends Hello Friend,

Happy Friday! I will be flying out to go back to San Jose for a company event as well as visiting my dad. Today's card is shared at ColorDare for some really soft pastel colors. I take advantage of the neutral color for my crab and used the rest of Soft Seafoam/Fresh Fresia/Daffodil Delight for my background creation. 7/15/26 - Sparkle Challenge #202 (Kids) / The Creative Crafter #102 (ATG) - Splash & Relax

Summer is here and I created this kid friendly card at Sparkle along with The Creative Crafter (ATG) for Fun in the Sun card! This is an online exclusive bundle called Splash & Relax and it's perfect for the summer! It has lots of summer related images and I made a card with Pool Tube and Beach Balls! There are 2 stamp/layering images for both tube and the balls so you can stamp the lighter color first and then darker colors for the details. This is perfect for a kid who has a birthday with a pool theme! I hope this card will inspire you to join us at the challenge.

7/13/26 - Make My Monday #282 Christmas in July - Sparkle Reindeer

 \\\July is a great month to host Christmas in July challenge and that is exactly what we are doing in Make My Monday! I cut out the image of Mama / Baby Reindeer with Glimmer Paper and used a darker background (black) to make the image pop. The bow tie is also die cut out with Glimmer Paper. Hope you enjoyed this quick and easy card that you can make in no time!

Happy Friday and today's card is using both Rebels (Glitters) and Alphabet F for Festivities challenges. I pulled out the July online exclusive stamp set - Woodland for this. I used different Watercolor Pencils along with Blender Pens for this. I guess this can be a Christmas in July card! I also added some glitters on the stars, leaves, and all the little trinkets. 7/9/26- Cardz 4 Galz #280 Friendship - Fun Fold card with Boho Vibes DSP

Hi everyone - today I have a very fun fold card that I am featuring today with Cardz 4 Galz (Friendship) challenge as well as my card class for July! I found a really cool tutorial from My Stampin' Pad (6/13/2026 post) for this fun fold featuring DSP! The sentiment is from Pop Up Petal and DSP is from another suite. 7/6/26 - Atlantic Hearts #689 - Fern & Floral with Banner Sayings

Happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great 4^th of July weekend! Today at Atlantic Hearts Sketch, instead of a slimline card, I made it into a regular size A2 card for it. The 3 square are die cut out with the coordinating paper (or DSP we called it at Stampin' Up) and I used the same suite bundle to die cut out a fern like image and added a sentiment.
