6/10/2022 - Freshly Made Challenge #539 / Color Throwdown #696 - Good Friends

Happy Friday! H had a wonderful time AM at the Children’s Fair with Lou at Village Green Park. Today’s card is using 2 challenges, both posted on Wednesday: Color Throwndown & Freshly Made Sketch. I used the Mask (sorry forgot about the name of it) to create a background with sponge and use the dies to cut out the hanger and plants. I also sponged the background of the plants in Old Olive (by looking at Vickie’s sample). Thanks for stopping by to check out my creation!

6/9/2022 - CASE-ing Tuesday #359 - Love & Big Hugs

Happy Thursday! Today’s card is using CASE-ing Tuesday on FB. I would have never thought to cut the DSP into the half layering sheet and the dimensions always helped! I used the Sending Smiles stamp set for this card and made it into a Love and Big Hugs card. I hope you enjoyed the card I am sharing today!

6/6/2022 - Make My Monday #176 Summer Fun - Ice Cream Card

Welcome back to another challenge here at Make My Monday and this week we are making Summer Fun card. For me, summer is all about eating ICE-CREAM! As Hunter gets older, all he want on a hot day is ice-cream so this card is dedicated to him! I used the punch to create the corn and also the ice-cream by punching out color cardstock and added some stamp images to give it dimension. I also added some sequins for some interest. It may be hard to see but the Whisper White cardstock is dry embossed. I hope you enjoyed this card I am sharing today and be sure to join us at the challenge and see other DTs creation!

6/3/2022 - Hand Stamped Sentiments #390 - Sending a Note of Thanks

Happy Friday! Today’s card is using Hand Stamped Sentiments Color Challenge! The colors are from the current 2022-2024 In-Colors and a great way to show case these colors are using the coordinating DSP. Each strip is cut down at ¾” x 3” (since the DSP is 6 x 6 – then you can make multiple cards wit the right measurement). I used the Sending Smile Bundle for the die cut sentiment and the stamped sentiments. I hope you enjoyed this card I am sharing today.

6/2/2022 - Cardz 4 Galz #176 Two or more DSP - A card to say hello

Hi everyone – I am very honored and humbled to be a Design Team Member at Cardz 4 Galz – a Sister Challenge Blog for Cardz 4 Guyz. Here we will be posting every Thursday to bring you inspiration of feminine cards. Today’s challenge is use more than two Designer Series Paper and as you can see, I used a varieties of the DSP strips from Sunshine and Rainbow DSP. It may be hard to see but the rainbow is actually from a DSP as well and I just die cut out the shape of the rainbow and put it on top of paper. Each stripe of the DSP is cut at ¾” x 3 ¼” and this is such a great way to use up some of the scraps you have around. Thank you for stopping by and remember to join us at the challenge!

6/1/2022 - The Male Room #163 Tag - Suite and Die Tag

Hi everyone – I am very honored and humbled to be a Design Team Member at The Male Room. This is a monthly challenge to create masculine card so I hope you will like my creation and join us at the challenge. My contribution for this month Tag challenge is a tag that I’ve created using the Suite and Tie dies from Stampin’ Up (retired). I pulled some Designer Series Paper and use the dies to cut out all the elements of a shirt and suite and the base is a Whisper White cardstock as a dress shirt. I finished the tag with a twine so you can attached it with a gift. I hope you enjoyed my creation today and be sure to join us at the challenge.
