Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Make My Monday and this week we are making Sympathy Card. For this type of greeting card, I usually kept it pretty simple and let the sentiment / main focus speak for itself. I used only 2 colors for this card and added some ribbons. 5/8/2021 - Beauty of Friendship Bundle

Happy Saturday! I made these cards last night after a long week of work and finally had some times to play with my new products from the 2021-2022 Stampin’ Up Annual Catalog – pre order! I got this Beauty of Friendship Bundle for free using some of my rewards points and I am so glad I got it because it’s truly a wonderful set. You can create so many scenes with this card and the stamp images of the tree is just phenomenal – YES, phenomenal. The shades images of the tree is wonderful already and you can even used a 2^nd stamp to enhance the images. The DSP is just so lovely and love how both sides are different and you can have so many choices. See the samples for yourself. BTW, the plaid DSP is retired already but I want to share that you can combine your retired stuff with your new goodies! I will be sending these out later this month to my purchasing customers who got a catty from me. Thank you for stopping by!

5/7/2021 - CASE-ing Tuesday #302 - Thinking Of You

Happy Friday – today’s card is using CASE-ing Tuesday #302 on page 170 from the new 2021-2022 Catalog! I used the Postage Punch to create the 4 panels in the middle, I know, a little hard to see since I covered it up with 2 difference sizes of Daisy, haha. I made it into a Thinking of You / Sympathy Card since I have a customer requesting this type of card. Thank you for stopping by!

5/6/2021 - Global Design Project & CAS Colours and Sketches - Just For You

Feeling a lot better today and decided to make a card to join the challenges at CAS Colours & Sketches and Global Design Project. I stamped the bird with Black and color in with the Watercolor Pencils and smooth out the lines with Blender Pen. This is the new stamp set that we all received on the Virtual Onstage 2021 event. I really like the color combination and decided to give it a try, I would never be able to put these colors together. I turn the sketch side way to make it a horizontal card. 5/4/2021 - Cardz 4 Guysz #270 - It's Your Day

Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Cardz 4 Guyz and this week we are making Monochromatic card. I saw an awesome sample on Pinterest and decided to CASE it. (From Be Creative Stamping). The DSP is cut at 1 ¼” x 3 7/8” and the Whisper White piece is at 5 ¼” x 4. I finished the card off by stamping the getting in the same color tone as well as the layering for that piece. Happy Monday – today’s card is using 2 new challenges site I found – StampingPals & Inkspirational. I kept the card very clean and simple. I used the Forever Ferm stamp set and the leave images for the 3 colors and layer the Whisper White piece on top of the each coordinating colors. The sentiment is also using the 3 colors and colored in with Stampin’ Markers. I hope you enjoy this quick and simple card today.

5/1/2021 - CASE-ing Tuesday - Thanks

This weekend is girl’s weekend with Mom since J and H are in Indiana. Today’s card is using CASE-ing Tuesday on Facebook. I love how the dimension is given to us so it’s easier to create. I decided to show case the Ornate Garden DSP and cut them into strips and paired it with Ornate Thanks stamp set. The layering piece of Soft Suede is using Everyday Label Punch and cut it down to only show the top. I hope you enjoy this card I am sharing today.
