Today’s card is using CASE-ing Tuesday on FB and The Paper Players Them Challenge. We def feel the summer is here as lately the weather’s been about 80-90 degrees here in the Chicagoland area. When it’s hot, the first thing that pop into my mind is ice cream / popsicles. I layer them like a triangle for some interests and pop 2 of them on dimension. This will be a great card to go with a gift card, perhaps from an ice-cream shop?! Thank you for stopping by!

6/7/2021 - Make My Monday #150 Outdoor Fun - Happy Father's Day

Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Make My Monday and this week we are making Outdoor Fun cards. This is a perfect reason for me to make a Golf card for my husband for Father’s Day. On that day, we will be heading to Father’s Day Brunch hosted by the park district to hit a  bucket of golf ball and brunch! The sentiment is stamped on Crushed Curry and all the decoration pieces are cut out with Golf Club Dies from Stamping’ Up. It may be a little hard to see but the Night of Navy piece is cut out with the Stitched Circle Dies. I think the golf clubs also added a fun element to the card. 6/5/2021 - Hand Stamped Sentiments #365 - To a friend

Today’s card is using Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge and I tweaked it a little bit by watching Dee Slater’s video. It’s a really unique fold to make and you can find the measurement below. I use the retired DSP for this card and a fun sentiment from Forever Fern. I hope you enjoy this fun card I am sharing today.

6/4/2021 - Make the Card/Freshly Made Sketch/Just Add Ink - Hi

Happy Friday’s ! Todays’ card is using 3 challenges which I will list below. I used the stencil that I purchased from SU long time ago with Cajun Craze for the background and stamped the leaf images this time on Mint Macaron for a different look. I also used the alphabet dies for the die cut sentiment, which I haven’t used in a while. The picture inspiration def. gives me the idea to use this stamp set, which is one of my FAVORITE from the current SU catalog! I hope you enjoy this card today!!

6/3/2021 - Global Design Project #294 - Thinking of you

Hi – Today’s card is using Global Design Project Sketch Challenge. I made it into a more masculine type of Thinking Of You card. I used the DSP to cut out the trees as well as the strips indicated on the sketch. It may be hard to see but I use the Subtle Embossing Folder on Whisper White, this is my go-to embossing folder when I need the layering piece to pop a little. Hope you like this card!

6/2/2021 - The Spot Challenge #164 - It's Your Day

Happy Hump Day! Today’s masculine card is using The Spot #16 – Let’s hear it for the boys! Father’s day is coming in a few weeks so we are in needs of more masculine card and this is what I came up with. The jacket is using one of the Well Suited DSP (retiring soon) with the Well Suited Bundle. I am so happy that the stamp set and the dies are carrying over, I will continue to use it for sure. The card itself takes a while to put together because you have to cut out all the pieces but I think the result is just awesome! I hope you enjoy the card I am sharing today!

6/1/2021 - Cardz 4 Guyz #272 Father's Day - Suspender Shirt

Welcome back to another week of challenge here at Cardz 4 Guyz and this week we are making Father’s Day Card! I saw an awesome video by FrenchieStamps and decided to give it a try. This is such an awesome Suspender Shirt and it’s used mostly Suite and Tie Dies. If you have a budget issue, getting the die is definitely a way to go. It does take a little time to make but I think the result speaks for itself. I hope you like this card I am sharing today and be sure to join us at the challenge!

Card base – 8 ½ x 3 ¼ and score at 4 ¼ (this case I used Whisper White)

Well Suited DSP – 4 ¼ x 3 ¼ to put it on top of Whisper White.
