Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. The weather are just awesome this weekend here in the Chicagoland area. Today's card is using 2 challenges - CAS(E) this Sketch & The Paper Player Challenge (colors). I decided to use the thick brush of the markers and use it on the block (Blueberry Bushel, Granny Apple Green and Balmy Blue) and spray a little water on the block to create this fun looking watercolor look. Then I used the Staz-on Ink pad for the other 3 images, including the sentiment. Then the sentiment is also on Balmy Blue since it's harder to see on the watercolor image part. It turns out so beautifully and elegant. I am really happy how this turn out and I think this is also the first time I used Blueberry Bushel on a card!
Challenge Used: PP450 & CTS#330
Stamp Sets: Butterfly Wishes
Colors: Granny Apple Green, Blueberry Bushel, Balmy Blue, Stazon Ink
Paper: Blueberry Bushel, Shimmer Watercolor Paper
Others: Block D, Waterspray, Markers, Basic Adhesive-Backed Sequins
This is just beautiful! The background is a stunning backdrop for your pretty silhouetted butterfly and flowers! Thanks for playing with my Paper Players colors this week!
